Jonathan

SALON DIRECTOR

Jonathan Hughes has 15 years experience working at all levels in the hairdressing industry.

In that time he has worked alongside Kevin Murphy as a key educator which has allowed him access to all the new styles and products within the Kevin Murphy brand.

Whilst working with the Kevin Murphy team Jonathan has been able to demonstrate his talents at London Fashion Week and local Manchester hair and fashion shows.

Jonathan has a real passion for flair, hair and customer satisfaction

Sammy

ART DIRECTOR

Samantha has 12 years of hairdressing experience and has worked in some high end salons during her career.

She has a gentle and personal approach to clients, loves putting hair up and is in high demand during the wedding season.

Sammy holds an assessors degree and runs Est.14’s apprentice training progamme.

Paige

SENIOR STYLIST

Paige has been with Est.14 from the beginning.

We have Seen her grow through the ranks from an apprentice and now a Senior Stylist.

She excels in all aspects of hairdressing, including all methods of extensions. She is a valued member of the Team.

Lynn

FRONT OF HOUSE

Lynn is a partner in the family run business

She will be your first point of contact when entering the salon and will make you feel comfortable and welcome with her friendly smile and warm personality. Lynn represents the salon both over the telephone and in person.

Olivia

Olivia is new to our team but far from new to the hairdressing industry, she has recently joined us following on from her previous location where she has worked for the last 12 yrs.

Olivia is passionate about all aspects of hairdressing ranging from intricate colour work precision hair cuts of all lengths blow-drys and much more.

Most of all Olivia loves to build a rapport with her clients. Her friendly calm approach to her work really shines through during her services.

Natalie

Natalie joined Est.14 as an apprentice in 2023 . She qualified in January 2026 and is proving to be a valued member of our team and she is enjoying building up her clientele and gaining the experience to become a outstanding hairdresser.

Amie

BEAUTY THERAPIST

Amie has over 15 years experience in the beauty industry working in or around the Altrincham area . Amie enjoys all aspects of beauty treatments ranging from Lycon Waxing , relaxing massage and gel manicures / pedicures. Its the small and personal touches that makes Amie thrive in her job and she will always ensure that her clients have an amazing experience on their visit.

Natalie

Natalie joined Est.14 in September 2023.

Natalie is working towards her Level 2 and is eager to qualify as soon as possible she is passionate about all aspects of Hair and is looking forward to building her own clientel.

We are excited to have her as a team member at Est.14 .
